Cacao and Date Balls
These balls are super healthy and only take a few minutes to prepare. They are seriously delightful! Your co-workers will wonder what’s gotten in to you.
1 ½ tbsp coconut oil
2 heaped tbsp cacao powder (if you can only get cocoa powder make sure it’s unsweetened)
handful of walnuts (almonds or most other nuts work if you prefer)
Fine desiccated coconut
Blend everything in food processor till a smooth rich consistency – you can’t over blend. Roll into balls (8-10) and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Let set in fridge for 30 min. Enjoy
